Sweet Spring & Summer Dresses (and Swimsuits!) You’ll Love
I know y’all love Amazon, Walmart, and Target for easy breezy, affordable summer dresses and swimwear. I do too. But my first choice for high quality and good value? Lands’ End!
Last year, a couple of Lands’ End spring & summer dresses made it onto the ENB best-sellers list – with good reason! Yep! It’s hard to beat Lands’ End if you’re looking for a sure-fire combo of quality, price, and customer service!
This spring, I got three dresses and one swimsuit (with a matching coverup) from Lands’ End, and I’ve been so pleased with them! I wasn’t really planning to write an entire blog post about them, but I just had to let you in on how impressed I am! In fact, I’m so impressed; I ordered another one today! I just added THIS linen sleeveless halter high-neck midi dress into my cart!
The best news of all is that I have an exclusive Lands’ End discount code for you! Use code SWIM to take 50% off swim and 40% off everything else at Lands’ End through 11:59 p.m. CST, Tuesday, April 18.
Spring & Summer Dress Sizing
One thing I really appreciate about a brand is when their sizing is inclusive! God made all of us different, and that’s what makes us special! Lands’ End carries spring & summer dresses in so many size options.
- Shop Lands’ End spring & summer PETITE dresses
- Shop Lands’ End spring & summer REGULAR dresses
- Shop Lands’ End spring & summer TALL dresses
- Shop Lands’ End spring & summer PLUS dresses
I’m 5’5″ and small-chested, so I wear a regular XS in Lands’ End sizes. To check out all of the spring & summer dresses at Lands’ End, click HERE. To take a closer look at the ones I bought, keep reading! š
Casual Spring & Summer Dress
Light Weight Cotton Modal Convertible Tie Waist Midi Dress (Petite Size HERE; Plus Size HERE)
Sometimes you can tell a great dress even before you try it on! I first shared this tie waist dress with you in my February 2023 SO in the KNOW post! I could tell even then that it was awesome. Once I ordered it and put it on, I had a wow moment! š¤øāāļøšš
I’m 5’5,” and this midi dress hits me at mid-calf. (I’m wearing an XS, for reference.) The scoop neck style is universally flattering, and the attached waist tie offers you the option to tie it either in front or back. (I chose in front because…tummy camouflage! š)
I love that it comes in a solid moss green and a solid black, as well as some other fun patterns. This is one of those dresses I could own in multiple colors, for sure.
I like this dress with sandals or espadrilles, but it’s equally cute with sneakers!
Spring & Summer Sundress
Sleeveless Cotton Poplin Smocked Dress (Plus Size HERE)
Oh, y’all! This chambray sundress is really something special! First of all, we love a dress with pockets, do we not? ššš In addition to pockets, this easy breezy poplin dress has a long, tiered skirt and the sweetest feminine details. It has a bra-friendly square neckline, a smocked bodice, ruffled straps, and eyelet trim in between each tier. It also comes in pink, which is nearly sold out. Honestly, (and don’t faint when I say this!) I actually prefer it in chambray! (The pink kinda gave me little girl vibes! š§š)
Spring & Summer Tank Dress
Cotton Modal Square Neck Tiered Maxi Dress (Petite HERE; Tall HERE; Plus HERE)
This is THE dress you need for travel this summer! It has an on-trend wide ruffle hem, and a super flattering, bra-friendly square neckline. The smooth modal fabric feels like a nightgown! It’s got a little bit of spandex in it for ease of movement and a flattering fit, but I wouldn’t call it clingy. (I ordered my normal size.) It won’t wrinkle and it’s so easy to layer a cardigan or denim jacket over top if someone gets a little too agressive with the a/c! š„¶ Pair it with the footwear of your choice; it’s a true day-to-night dress.šš
Swimwear
Can I just tell you that I think shopping for swimwear is exhausting? Anyone else? šāāļø It’s tough to find a swimsuit that camouflages the areas I want, and one that I won’t have to be tugging at all the time! (Not to mention the modesty issues! š²)
Lands’ End has been such a refreshing spot to shop for swimsuits! Their suits are modest, come in a wide variety of styles and sizes, and they’re, um, let’s say, made for real bodies!
Twist Front Underwire Bikini Top (Plus size HERE) | Tummy Control High Waisted Bikini Bottom
This great bikini top has an underwire top with adjustable back straps. If you’re small-busted like me, it will make the most of what you’ve got. If you’re large-busted, it will support and uplift.
This high waisted bikini bottom is really amazing, with so many fabulous, thoughtful features. First and foremost, it has a modest backside, which I so appreciate! It has control panels that run all the way up to the waistband to smooth you. Not only that, but the top of the waistband has thinner elastic with a clean finish seam so it lies flat against your body. (Read that: NO muffin top!) The modest leg openings also have thinner elastic, so they don’t pinch or ride up. #love
Twist Front Underwire Bikini Top (Plus size HERE) | Tummy Control High Waisted Bikini Bottom | Cotton Jersey V-neck Tunic Swim Cover-up
This cute swimsuit happened to have a matching coverup, so I couldn’t resist!
To shop all of Lands’ End’s swimsuits, click HERE. (Use the filters on the left sidebar to filter for the type of suit you’re looking for.) They have suits, coverups, and rash guards in Petite, Regular, Tall (long torso), Plus, and Tall Plus. Truly a one-stop shop, right? š
It’s almost dress š and swimsuit š time! Don’t forget to use the code SWIM to take 50% off swim and 40% off everything else at Lands’ End through 11:59 p.m. CST, Tuesday, April 18!
