Today, we’re headed home from the beach. We’ve had a great time at our condo the past two weeks. The first week it was just the two of us, and last week three of our four kids (I always count my daughter-in-law as one of my kids, LOL) joined us. I hope you’ve been following our adventures on my Instastory!
My Three Beach Beauty Must-Haves!
Today, I’m sharing my three must-have beach beauty products with you. I just uploaded a short new video on IGTV and my YouTube channel that tells you more! BTW, if you head to my YouTube Channel, please subscribe to be notified whenever I post new videos!
1. Beach Beauty Must-Have: SPF 20 Sheer Lip Balm
This must-have comes in six shades (one of those being clear), and it provides a sheer wash of color along with broad-spectrum SPF 20! When I’m on the beach, I slip on my sunglasses, add this lip balm (usually in “Berry Burst”) and no one would ever know that I’m not completely made up and glam! (Er, that’s what I tell myself, at least!😂) I linked it from Ulta, but if you prefer Amazon, you can find all of the shades HERE.
2. Beach Beauty Must-Have: Tula Protect & Glow
This broad-spectrum SPF30 is a favorite of clean beauty bloggers everywhere! I hopped on the bandwagon and now I see why! It’s non-greasy and wears well under makeup or on its own. When you put it on, it actually gives you a glow! It’s made from good-for-you ingredients:
- Probiotics – To lock in moisture & strengthen the skin barrier.
- Pineapple & Papaya – To promote even skin tone.
- Wild Butterfly Ginger Root – To help protect skin against damaging blue light.
3. Beach Beauty Must-Have: Defense Refresh Setting Spray
Experts say that even the best, highest SPF sunscreens don’t last more than 2 hours without reapplication! 😲😬 But who wants to take all of their makeup off and reapply sunscreen every afternoon?🙅🏻♀️This setting spray is designed to refresh your sun protection in just that situation! I spray it on my face & neck in the afternoon to refresh my sun protection with broad-spectrum SPF40 protection. I linked it at Sephora, but if you prefer Amazon, click HERE.

One thing I’ve really enjoyed this week is my Kindle! I love that it’s compact, and I can use it on the beach with no glare even in the bright sunshine, but I can also use it in the complete darkness while Bob is snoring away and I’m soooo close to finishing that last chapter! (Have you been there?!) Right now you can sign up for Kindle Unlimited for two months completely free! It offers access to over one million books, a rotating selection of magazines, and thousands of books with Audible narration. Click HERE for more information. Perfect for summer reading, right? This week I’ve read Redeeming Love (so good!) and I just started the Reese Witherspoon book club pick The Giver of Stars.
It was so fun to take y’all along on our beach getaway this year! Thank you so much for your sweet DMs about everything from my outfits to the fish we caught. Stay tuned, because we’ll be heading out again in a few weeks for a very different destination!
Happy Weekend, sweet friends!
