Every Saturday morning in the fall, our family group text starts this way: “Get up: it’s game day!” If you’ve been hanging around here for a while now, you know we’re huge college football fans in our family. College football season is right around the corner, and we’ve been counting down the days! Since we became empty nesters, going to games has been one of our favorite dates! It’s also become a great way to connect with old and new friends. We love football season for so many reasons!

Whether you’re in the stands, tailgating, or cheering from the couch, your game day look should be comfy, stylish, and in your team’s colors. Here are the places to shop for game day looks for women. Suzy Tip: In early fall, lightweight cotton dresses are a lifesaver. When temps drop, swap sandals for cute sneakers or booties, and add a cozy cardigan or classic denim jacket for an effortless, layered look.

Game Day Looks for Him

Whether he’s in the stands, grilling at the tailgate, or watching from home, his game day style should be comfortable, sharp, and full of team spirit. Here are the places to shop for men’s game day looks. Make sure and click on the link and then filter by your team to see all the colors, logos, and styles available for your school!

Suzy Tip: A quarter-zip pullover or vest instantly upgrades a basic polo and works well for fluctuating stadium temps. When it gets cooler, have him layer on a lightweight jacket or casual blazer for a polished, put-together look.

ACCESSORIES: THE GAME DAY FINISHING TOUCH

I hope you’re feeling as excited as I am for game day! Whether you’re donning your team’s colors with pride, adding a pop of fun with spirited accessories, or keeping it chic yet comfortable, remember that the best look is one that makes you ready to cheer your heart out. Let me know in the comments what your favorite game day style is, okay?
