Y’all know we get to our beach condo on Sanibel Island as often as possible! We love it here so much! I thought it would be fun to take you through a typical day in my life at the beach and show you some of the products I use throughout my day!

Walmart is my go-to spot for all the things I need at the beach! I love that they’re a one-stop-shop for me, with everything from sunscreen, beach/pool floats, and mesh shell bags to summer dresses, straw hats, and sandals. (Not to mention all of the groceries and drinks we need!) Walmart keeps prices low every day so that our best days at the beach are always within reach, and I love that! In addition, this time of year they put hundreds of products on Rollback, helping us save even more.

A Day in My Life at the Beach: Morning

There’s something about the fresh new morning at the beach and the new day’s dawning that I just adore!

Beach Walk

Bob and I usually head out on a sunrise beach walk! Bob calls it a “power walk,” 😂 but it usually ends up being more of a stroll because there’s so much to see! We always take along a mesh shell bag for our finds!

After our beach walk, we love having coffee on the screened lanai in our slippers! We start the day that way as often as we can.

A Day in My Life at the Beach: Beach Time

Beach time is always a big priority no matter what else is going on that day! Walmart has the cutest swimsuits, pareos & coverups, sunglasses, straw hats, and beach bags. I even found a new, hydrating sunscreen that I absolutely adore!

Walmart’s selection of fun pool and beach floats is incredible! (I’m dying for THIS motorized pool float for our pool in Dallas!) THIS Aqua Glow Lazy Lounge Float even has color-changing LED lights!

A Day in My Life at the Beach: Lunch

A patio lunch is how we roll when we’re at the beach, and we dine al fresco as often as we can! Sometimes we eat on the lanai in our condo, but sometimes we go out. The day we shot this, Bob and our son had been out fishing with a fishing guide around Captiva Island, and I met them afterward for lunch at the cutest spot called Key Lime Bistro.

I think the key to outdoor dining is to dress cool, and this under $15 short sleeve tiered knit dress with pockets was the perfect way to go! It comes in so many colors (you’ve seen me wear it in green in THIS Reel on Instagram). The length is perfect because it’s not too short and not too long.

How cute are these (very expensive-looking) embroidered Bee Happy sandals! They were a find, and I love the message! My cute woven straw hat goes with me everywhere when I’m at the beach. Thankfully, it’s packable and crushable! It comes in 4 color options.

Walmart Dresses for Summer

Y’all know I’m a dress lover! Dresses are cooler than shorts, a lot easier to move in, and you can wear them with a variety of footwear. They’re my favorite thing to wear in the summer, whether I’m at the beach or not!

Walmart has the cutest dresses for summer! You’ve seen me in several of them! One of my favorite things about shopping for clothes at Walmart is that they have over 100+ models with diverse body types to help you find your perfect fit. The feature is available on some of their most popular brands. Isn’t that awesome?

I’ll be honest! Bob and I go out to eat almost every night when we’re at the beach! Even if we’re both spending the day working remotely, it gives us something special to look forward to. This evening we dined on the patio at The Clam Shack, a New England Style Bistro. They have the best lobster bisque and Bob loves their lobster rolls!
