Pantone Spring & Summer 2025 Colors
According to the Pantone Color Institute experts, the NYFW Spring/Summer 2025 colors are inspired by nature, blending earthy neutrals, vibrant brights, fresh greens, and calming blues for a timeless and modern look. Think lush foliage greens, serene sky blues, and warm, grounded tones that bring fresh energy to your favorite outfits. These colors make it easy to update your style.
“Combining comfort and glam, colors for NYFW Spring / Summer 2025 blend wearability with desirability. Imbued with appealing deliciousness, they are practical and pragmatic, displaying character and depth but with a fashionable twist that elevates them from the traditional into something much more current and stimulating.”
Leatrice Eiseman
Executive Director, Pantone Color Institute
This season, Pantone offers a beautiful mix of bright, bold colors and soft pastels. Great for adding a pop of fun or keeping things elegant and relaxed. (It’s the best of both worlds!)
Please note: we did our best to be accurate with all the colors throughout this post! Sometimes, the images looked completely different colorwise on our laptops than they did on our phones! I know you’ve all experienced that before, too. We did our best and feel confident that the items we selected for this post are accurate.
Blues

Pantone’s blues have something for everyone! From the fresh and airy Limpet Shell to the bold and eye-catching Déjà Vu Blue, all the way to the deep shade of Eclipse, these shades are perfect for mixing into your wardrobe. Limpet Shell is a crisp aqua blue, perfect for breezy blouses and summer dresses. Make a bold statement with Déjà Vu Blue with this poplin pocket shirt or these pretty earrings. The rich navy of Eclipse is ideal for a classic blazer or tailored trousers. Blues are versatile and timeless, and if you’re a blue-lover, you’ll want to embrace the color in 2025!
Purple
This season’s prettiest color might just be Crocus! It’s a fresh, vibrant shade of purple that adds just the right amount of pop to any outfit. Try it in a jersey-notch dress for an easy, put-together look, add a classy blouse to a skirt or slacks, or try this pretty blouse for boss babe vibe. This floral brocade shift dress is a great price and is perfect for Easter! I love these crocus sandals with the “barely there” straps (a spring & summer shoe trend!). And if it’s still chilly where you live, pop on this cable knit cardigan in Crocus for a spring pop!
Greens

Kelly Green Ladylike Cardigan (Comes in multiple colors!)
This year’s greens vary widely, from a sage green called Kashmir to a lime/mint combo called Lime Cream. (Love THIS darling Lime Cream handbag!) In between, there’s a (kind of weird-looking, in my opinion) green called White Grape!
Also, it’s not included in Pantone’s colors this year, but as Beth and I were shopping around, we found a whole lot of Kelly Green! (Check out the Kelly Green ladylike cardigan I’m wearing in the photo above! (It comes in a bunch of colors, and I also own it in pink.) If green is your color, I’d say pick a shade you like and go for it!
Adding a pop of green to your wardrobe is super easy. You can start small with accessories like a cute green scarf or a pair of green earrings. If you’re feeling a bit bolder, why not try a pair of shoes like these fun square toe ballet flats or these green Adidas sneakers? They can instantly jazz up any outfit! And for those days when you really want to embrace the green vibe, go all out with a fabulous green jacket (I own this!) or even a stunning green special occasion dress.

Misted Marigold and Orangeade are two vibrant citrus shades that bring warmth and light to any wardrobe. A cute top in Misted Marigold adds a glow to your outfit, making it perfect for brightening up neutral pieces or pairing with flare leg pull-on denim for an effortlessly chic look. This V-neck sweater adds a fun pop of color. For a flowy and feminine touch, a tiered maxi skirt in Orangeade makes for a standout piece.
Neutrals
Berkley Maxi Dress (Wearing my normal XS, for reference.) |
Classic neutrals! I know they don’t seem as much fun as all the bright colors, but they are great staple pieces to have in your wardrobe. Lots of people love them! Think of these versatile shades as your fashion BFFs—they go with everything! Moonbeam is an icy gray, and Blue Granite is a slightly darker, blueish gray. Both would pair nicely with other spring and summer shades
When I saw the color Bran on the 2025 Spring and Summer Color Trends, I immediately thought of this dress from Natural Life! It’s lightweight and perfect for the upcoming warmer weather. I love the silhouette because it has a slightly fitted top, but the bottom part is flowy, so it just skims over your body. And if Bran is not your color, you can check out the other prints that this dress comes in HERE.
Of course, we can’t talk about neutrals without bringing up Pantone’s 2025 Color of the Year: Mocha Mousse! It’s such a hot color this year that we did a stand-alone post about it.
Cocoon is a classic neutral color because it truly goes with everything. I own this short-sleeve puffed sweater from Amazon in multiple colors, and I highly recommend it! It comes in this Cocoon shade as well as Moonbeam, Crocus, and more! The quality is good, and the puff sleeves give you that “V” shape that makes your waist look smaller!
Next week, we’re excited to bring you posts on the spring and summer fashion trends, followed by shoe trends and accessories trends right after that. Beth and I have got SO many styles to share! These posts take a lot of time to put together, so please be patient with us! They’ll be worth the wait, we promise!
Take another look at the styles we found in the 2025 spring and summer colors in the boutique below! Many of them come in multiple colors, so be sure to click through if you see a style you like! Oh, and please let me know your favorite shade from our spring and summer color palette in the comments, okay? (I’m partial to Orangeade, myself!)
