You know I love sharing brands, products, and ideas that encourage you, inspire you, and generally make your life better! Earlier this week, I shared the Top 2025 Spring & Summer Style Trends with you. Today, it’s all about activewear!

When it comes to 2025 Spring & Summer activewear trends, there’s one trend I’m especially excited about—activewear that’s not just stylish and comfortable but also better for your health! More and more brands are stepping up their game by ditching harmful chemicals and focusing on high-quality, non-toxic fabrics. And at the top of my list? Definite Articles—a brand that’s making waves with activewear that’s completely BPA- and PFAS-free, feels amazing, and moves with you like a dream.

Why I Love Definite Articles

I’ll be honest—when I first heard about Definite Articles, I thought, “Okay, another activewear brand. Do I really need more leggings?” But then I tried them, and WOW. 😍 The quality is next-level. The fabric is soft yet supportive, moves with you (not against you), and feels like a second skin. But the real kicker? Their activewear is BPA and PFAS-free. Definite Articles is made differently—luxurious, durable, and designed with your health in mind. (Read their story HERE.)

Wait… BPA & PFAS in Activewear?

Yep. Most activewear out there contains BPA (bisphenol A) and PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances)—aka two of those “forever chemicals” that don’t break down easily and can have harmful effects over time. Yikes! 😳 Who knew? These chemicals can be absorbed through your skin while you sweat, and let’s get real—we wear activewear all the time, not just for workouts!

Definite Articles created something better. Their pieces are made with non-toxic, safe-for-you-and-safe-for-the-earth materials without sacrificing performance or style. They’re leading the way in providing activewear that aligns with health-conscious and eco-friendly values. And I love that.

What It Feels Like

I know what you’re thinking—”How does it feel?” Let me tell you: it’s amazing. These pieces are breathable and have just the right amount of stretch and support, with a buttery-soft texture that makes you want to live in them. (And honestly? I do.) Whether I’m heading outside for a walk, hiking with Bob, running errands, or just lounging at home, I feel put-together and, most of all, comfortable.

What I’m Wearing

We’re talking premium comfort with a flawless fit—no BPAs, no PFAS, just high-quality fabrics that move effortlessly with me.

📌 The Leggings – High-waisted, sculpting, and so comfy. No slipping, rolling, or pinching. Just pure perfection. (And practical features like a pocket for my cell phone!)
📌 The Sports Bra – Supportive without feeling restrictive. You can breathe, move, and actually enjoy your workout.
📌 The Tank – Light, airy, and just the right fit—not too tight, not too loose. Ideal for layering!
📌 The Jogger – Soft and luxe, with a drawstring waist and stretch to move with you.
📌 The Gripper Sock – With an arch support and silicone no-slip grips on the bottom, making them ideal for Barre class or Yoga.

Should You Try It?

1000% yes. If you love high-quality, safe, and stylish activewear that you can feel good about wearing, Definite Articles is a total game-changer. The 2025 spring & summer activewear trends are all about being good to yourself and good to the planet, and Definite Articles checks all the boxes. Your activewear should feel as good as it performs. It should support your body—and the world around you! ☑️

  1. Thank you for sharing about this brand. I cannot wait to try Definite Article.

May I request your next topic? How you achieve AMAZING arms and abs. I know it’s consistency and hard work, and yet what specifically do you do? Whatever it is, keep it up. You’re such an inspiration!

    1. Suzie,

Hahaha! Thank you so much! Mostly, it’s consistency. I get up every day (M-F) at 5 am and work out for about an hour. Cardio (mostly walking on the treadmill with a weighted vest) followed by weights and body weight exercises. I alternate lower body and upper body days, and I do core every day.

I hope that helps! Thanks for taking the time to comment!

  2. I never knew about this or heard of this brand. I would like to try the sports bra. I’m not finding their size chart very helpful. There’s no measurements to go by. I’m normally a 10-12. Would I go with a medium or a large?

Thanks again for all you do. You work so hard to bring us great information. I really learn a lot from reading your posts.

  3. Juliet,

The bra is double-lined but doesn’t have a built-in cup. I’m wearing a strapless bra underneath mine in these photos. I’m very small-busted, so I needed to do that for coverage. I just ordered my normal XS size. Because I’m so small in the bust, I don’t have much to “support,” so that’s not really an issue for me. I was concerned about modesty, though, and that’s why I have on my strapless underneath. I would probably order a medium if you’re looking for a little bit more support.

In the leggings I went up from my normal size, as I feel like that helps to minimize the dreaded muffin top that we all have, no matter what number our size is! (It’s called extra skin from childbirth, people! 😂)

I hope that helps! Feel free to reach out to the brand HERE for more clarification: https://go.shopmy.us/p-13455875.

    Best,
    Suzy
