    I appreciate your blog & all that you share. I enjoy Team Body Project videos because of you! I do think you might want to reconsider your recommendations for oils. Many commonly used oils (like canola, sunflower, corn oil, etc.) are highly refined and have high percentages of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Some of these oils have been linked with increased inflammation. Unfortunately these oils are used a great deal in the restaurant industry.

    As a person with an autoimmune condition, I have been advised by my physician to avoid all of these kinds of oils. I use extra virgin olive oil in salad dressings and low temperature cooking and avocado oil (and a little bit of ghee) for other cooking. Extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil should be cold-pressed. Unfortunately there is a lot of adulteration in this industry for both of these oils (what is labeled as olive oil is not always what it is the bottle, for example). It takes some online research to find pure and unadulterated and healthy oil – but they are out there!
